What is your cancellation policy?

100% refund 24 hours after booking accepted, if booking is requested at least 30 days before check-in

Do you require a security deposit?

No, we have your credit card on file in case of any damages.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 4pm Check-out is 10am

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

How do I get access to the property?

You will receive an email with check-in instructions, house rules, and check-out instructions.

Do you recommend airport shuttles or rental cars from Bozeman?

We highly recommend renting a car to get around Big Sky. The town is split between the ski resort and Town Center - which are about 10 minutes apart. There is free parking available at the ski resort!

Do your properties have air conditioning?

No, air conditioning is rare in Big Sky. You are free to open the windows to enjoy the cool mountain air!

Do you charge service fees like Airbnb/VRBO?

No! That's the best part about booking directly with us. We do charge taxes, as required by law.

Evergreen was very communicative with us before, during, and up to the close of our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the location made it extremely easy to get to the Big Sky Mountain base. The accommodations were slightly smaller than the pictures make it look but overall the place was beautiful and well kept. The ski locker outside the condo was helpful to keep the inside clean and dry. Overall I would recommend this rental to others.
