We had an amazing stay at this rental! The beautiful furnishings gave the space a warm, cozy feel that made us feel right at home. As people who are very particular about cleanliness, we were thrilled to find the place absolutely spotless. The location is gorgeous; we loved drinking our morning coffee on the patio while looking out at the mountains. The kids had a blast at the pool, which was just a short walk down a path. The downtown area has a wonderful community vibe and is packed with family-friendly activities, great restaurants, and outdoor play spaces. During our short stay, we squeezed in tons of fun, including zip-lining and a full tour of West Yellowstone National Park. I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again

They warned the hot tub was down for maintenance. In reality, the pool and hot tub have been completely removed and they are starting to build another one down the street. We had been looking forward to using the pool, which was included in the listing.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. We arrived and found the home was not in a condition where our family felt comfortable staying. There was a strong damp/moldy smell throughout the house, the downstairs bedrooms had a noticeable wet dog odor, the downstairs bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and the towels had a mildew smell. The bedroom intended for our children was located off the landing near the front door, which made them feel unsafe and uncomfortable sleeping there. We immediately communicated these concerns to the owner during our stay. The issues were acknowledged, and we were told that a refund would be provided. After leaving the property after approximately 12 hours because we felt it was not suitable for our family, we followed up when we had not received the refund. Excellent hosts, very pleased with our stay!

This place was great—a perfect spot for us—three couples and four grandkids. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the home and comfortable beds. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool in the neighborhood, and we adults loved the in-house hot tub.

Spectacular view to the town and surrounding mountains. Perfect location, shops city center is in walking distance. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Enough space for two families. Plus you can park in the garage which is definitely a good thing in winter time.

We had a wonderful stay with our four kids! The home was as described in the listing, and the views were gorgeous! I would point out that there are three levels to the home. The main level has the kitchen living space, and a half bathroom. The two bedrooms are on the lower level, and there is a loft space above the main level. This worked great for our family, but just something to be aware of. Very nice kitchen, comfortable beds, two showers, but three bathrooms was nice.
