We had an amazing stay at this rental! The beautiful furnishings gave the space a warm, cozy feel that made us feel right at home. As people who are very particular about cleanliness, we were thrilled to find the place absolutely spotless. The location is gorgeous; we loved drinking our morning coffee on the patio while looking out at the mountains. The kids had a blast at the pool, which was just a short walk down a path. The downtown area has a wonderful community vibe and is packed with family-friendly activities, great restaurants, and outdoor play spaces. During our short stay, we squeezed in tons of fun, including zip-lining and a full tour of West Yellowstone National Park. I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again

They warned the hot tub was down for maintenance. In reality, the pool and hot tub have been completely removed and they are starting to build another one down the street. We had been looking forward to using the pool, which was included in the listing.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. We arrived and found the home was not in a condition where our family felt comfortable staying. There was a strong damp/moldy smell throughout the house, the downstairs bedrooms had a noticeable wet dog odor, the downstairs bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and the towels had a mildew smell. The bedroom intended for our children was located off the landing near the front door, which made them feel unsafe and uncomfortable sleeping there.
We immediately communicated these concerns to the owner during our stay. The issues were acknowledged, and we were told that a refund would be provided. After leaving the property after approximately 12 hours because we felt it was not suitable for our family, we followed up when we had not received the refund. We had a wonderful stay with our four kids! The home was as described in the listing, and the views were gorgeous!
I would point out that there are three levels to the home. The main level has the kitchen living space, and a half bathroom. The two bedrooms are on the lower level, and there is a loft space above the main level. This worked great for our family, but just something to be aware of.

Great stay at the condo . Perfect for kids. We had 7 kids age 6-14. The basement TV was a lifesaver. The house was clean. Had tons of amenities like bear spray and sunscreen. We appreciated the ample kitchen equipment and towels. We cooked dinner every night and used their grill frequently. The pool was directly across and super easy. Just a warning the pool had a rough surface that cut up the kids feet, recommend wearing water shoes. Garage fit our Ram 2500. Awesome location walkable to town center . We came for Big Sky biking, WWR, Yellowstone and hiking. We will be back !

My family stayed here on a road trip from New Hampshire. After spending 3 days on the road this condo was exactly what we needed. It felt like home, yet it gave resort vacation vibes. It was well-equipped with anything and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking (even though we don’t cook…lol!) We had an amazing family vacation to Big Sky, and staying in this place as our home base was a big part of it. We had two skiers and two non-skiers, and a rental car which made getting up to the mountain from this condo super easy. But even if we'd all been skiing and hadn't wanted to park, or didn't have a rental car, the proximity to the shuttle stop would've been great. We also loved how close the place was to the Town Center, which in our eyes was a much better place to stay, and better area to drink and eat after a day of skiing than the village (although Scissorbills was great for immediate apres). It was a bummer the hot tub was out of order, which they'd told us after we booked, but we appreciated knowing in advance of the trip. We loved Big Sky so much we're seriously considering running the same trip back next Spring Break, and if we do we will definitely hope to stay in this same place (and with the brand new hot tub to boot!)

Hot tub was unfortunately broken, the fireplace remote was broken, and the property management company wasn’t apologetic and didn’t offer a discount until one was requested. Host countered our request with a 7% refund on $3,600 3-night stay, which didn’t feel adequate given how essential hot tub was to the property. The accommodations were slightly smaller than the pictures make it look but overall the place was beautiful and well kept.
The ski locker outside the condo was helpful to keep the inside clean and dry.

Great location. I came here for a last minute work conference. I compared pricing to the local Big Sky Hotel lodging and I was easily paying 1/2 what I was quoted by the Hotel. I had a rented vehicle which made it easy to access the mountain with just a 2 minute drive up the road but could have just as easily taken the transport available. Great location. Great rooms, lots of space for our 3 grown boys to spread out and extremely well stocked kitchen.
There are restaurants nearby which are walkable as long as you are up for about a 10 minute walk to a nice pizza place and Roxy's, although expensive, is a grocery store about another 5-10 minute walk past that. The place is located in a beautiful spot on a bit of a rise, so take the walk back up as a good workout if you decide to walk to the restaurants and grocery store.
Private hot tub after skiing was terrific. Lots of towels and easy to access out the back door of the house. Big Sky itself for Alpine is about a 10 minute drive up the mountain and the Nordic center, which is very nice, is also about a 10 minute drive. We also went on snowmobiles with Canyon Adventures which was awesome. A little pricey, but too be expected

Unfortunately, this is part of a development/community and there was construction going on. Every morning we'd wake up to machines and trucks reverse beeping. We did wake up to elk one morning which made up for the construction noises. The hot tub took quite a long time to heat up as well, but other than that, the stay was excellent.

We just got home from a week's stay in Big Sky and wish we didn't have to leave. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable with wonderful linens, soft towels in bathrooms, and most items I could think of (and a few I didn't consider). The small humidifier in the closet saved us from being completed dried out in the high elevation. What a great touch! Kitchen was wonderful and we cooked most of our meals at the house in there or on the propane grill out back. Stunning views of Lone Mountain and sunsets.
Central to everything. We flew in to Bozeman and the house was only 55 minutes away and then also 55 minutes away from West Yellowstone entrance at Yellowstone Park via a scenic drive. We could take a quick 12 minute walk down to a little village area for coffee or groceries if needed and the "downtown" meadow village was quaint with great shops and beautiful aspen lined roads.

This place is 5 star and has everything you need with a few small notes to be aware of:
- No washcloths. Bring a scrubber or washcloth with you if you use one.
- The place is big. You won’t hear anyone walking around etc.
- Heating and cooling is based on thermostats all over. If you sleep hot they have fans in the closets and humidifiers. Used mine late September or opened windows for fresh cool air.
- Go to dinner at Horn and Cantle (may be good to get a reservation)
- Drive to Moon Basin. It’s gorgeous.
- This home is perfect for a family that golfs or chills and likes to cook and be at home. The peace and tranquility is refreshing.

We chose Erich's place as a good base to explore Yellowstone, Bozeman and Big Sky, and it was a perfect spot.
The house is really cozy, but loads of spots to find some quiet, whether that be on the deck, up in the working loft or in the living room. The working fireplace was a real hit on our two rainy days!
Erich is a really great host, being very proactive with communication and checking in to see how everything was going.
We used the pool and hot tub once and that is a lovely extra treat that comes with the condo.
When we are back in this neck of the woods, we would definitely stay here again.

The most effective use of space ever! There are hidden drawers under the counters and cabinets everywhere so everything has a place and the relatively small condo stays clean and uncluttered and feels spacious.
Also it is in the best location. I was there in the summer with my dog and we went for lovely long walks right from the front door and walked over to a lake with clean clear water where we both enjoyed swimming. In the mornings we walked up a trail to the ski resort to get coffee right where the ski lifts are. I'm definitely coming back during ski season.

We ventured out to Yellowstone both days and it was nice to come back to the condo to relax on the balcony and get ready for dinner. We all slept comfortably in the nice bedrooms and the Murphy bed. We had a great stay at this Big Sky Airbnb. Erich was an extremely responsive host who quickly replied to our messages. Instructions on getting to the property was clear, and no issues with check-in and check-out.
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with everything you need. The house was spacious and well-laid out for 8 guests. The house was spotless. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and bath amenities. The living areas were comfortable. There was a fireplace but we didn't use it. The master bed room was great, with a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom. The rest of the bed rooms were comfortable as well. The condo is located about 1 mile from Big Sky village, so it's very convenient to get dinner, and about 20 minutes from the Big Sky ski area. Overall it was what we were looking for. The listing says you can walk to the ski lifts, but I would say while technically true, it isn't entirely practical. Still, we expected this based on the other reviews, so we weren't caught off guard, but if you're thinking you can walk with all your ski gear to the ski lifts, maybe consider otherwise.
Other than that things were as pictured and described. The place isn't particularly glamorous, but its draw is the proximity to the base area, and it was a lot more affordable than the other options that were as close. Also the kitchen was way more stocked with cooking equipment and spices than I would expect, so if you're planning to cook, that is a big plus.
We did have a bit of a snag with the parking pass not being at the unit, causing us to get a practically unremovable sticker on our rental car. Felt like the hosts could have handled that a bit better, but everything ended up being fine, so no harm no foul. Would recommend!

The place is very big with three floors and was extremely comfortable for our group. The kitchen was super organized as we cooked dinner a few nights. We were glad there were a few toys and books in the lower level cabinet for our four year-old. The sauna at the complex community area was great after skiing and the hot tub was good for adults and kids- we went every afternoon. Erich was a great host - we didn't need anything (he even has firewood for the fireplace) but he checked in periodically to make sure we were good. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood hot tub, the fireplace (with plenty of firewood provided!), the well stocked kitchen, and bbq grill. The drive in and out of the neighborhood is stunning! We were there to ski at Big Sky, and this was pretty convenient (although you do have to drive to the ski resort). It is even closer to the town/ shopping/ restaurant area. I do recommend that for a winter visit you make sure to have a vehicle with all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. We did have one of each vehicle and had zero problems with the snowy hills.

We highly recommend renting a car to get around Big Sky. The town is split between the ski resort and Town Center - which are about 10 minutes apart. There is free parking available at the ski resort!

No, air conditioning is rare in Big Sky. You are free to open the windows to enjoy the cool mountain air!
Do you charge service fees like Airbnb/VRBO?
No! That's the best part about booking directly with us. We do charge taxes, as required by law.
